PLAYER CONDUCT
GENERAL CONDUCT
As a User in the GameVerse, you are expected to:

Adhere to all GameVerse platform rules and guidelines across all games and community spaces.

COMMUNICATION
When communicating to the GameVerse:

Appropriate Language
Use appropriate language and avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harmful speech in all communications to us

Safe and Encrepted
All our services are Verified from different gaming companies to avoid loss of account or unreachable in game rewards.

Constructive Feedback
Provide constructive feedback to us in order to control Account loss or any problem with any free game.
FAIR PLAY
To maintain fair play in all games:

No Cheating
Do not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.

Do not share accounts or engage in account boosting, which undermines fair competition.

Sportsmanship
Demonstrate good sportsmanship in victory and defeat, and play to the best of your ability.
PENALTIES
Violations of Playerd Conducts inn downloaded games may result in:
LEVEL 1: WARNING
Formal warning with no restrictions on account
LEVEL 2: TEMPORARY RESTRICTION
Temporary chat mute or feature restriction (1-7 days)
LEVEL 3: SUSPENSION
Account suspension (7-30 days)
LEVEL 4: TERMINATION
Permanent account termination for severe violations
Penalties are applied based on the severity and frequency of violations. GameVerse reserves the right to escalate penalties for repeated or severe violations.
GAME CONTENT
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All games, content on GameVerse.gg are owned by GameVerse or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
USER CONTENT
By submitting content (comments, forum posts, user-generated content), you grant GameVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.
- You retain ownership of your original content
- Content must not infringe on third-party rights
- GameVerse may remove content at its discretion
STREAMING & CONTENT CREATION
You may create and share content featuring downloaded games for non-commercial purposes, subject to our Content Creator Guidelines.
- Streaming gameplay is generally permitted
- Attribution to GameVerse is required
- Commercial use requires special permission
PROHIBITED USES
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on our downloaded without explicit permission.
- No unauthorized server emulation
- No distribution of modified game files
- No exploitation of game assets for commercial gain

TOURNAMENT RULES
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 13 years of age. Players under 18 require parental consent to participate in tournaments with cash prizes.
Account Standing
Your account must be in good standing with no active restrictions or penalties to participate in official tournaments.
Rank Requirements
Some tournaments may have specific rank or skill level requirements. Check individual tournament rules for details.
Regional Eligibility
Tournaments may be restricted to specific regions due to legal requirements or technical limitations.
TOURNAMENT CONDUCT
Follow Tournament Format
Players must adhere to the specific format, rules, and schedule of each tournament.
Punctuality
Be on time for all matches. Excessive delays may result in forfeiture.
Sportsmanship
Maintain good sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Toxic behavior may result in disqualification.
Communication
Respond promptly to tournament officials and opponents regarding match coordination.
Tournament administrators have final decision-making authority on all matters related to tournament conduct and rule interpretation.
PRIZES & REWARDS
Prize Distribution
Prizes will be distributed according to the published tournament structure. Distribution typically occurs within 30 days of tournament completion.
Verification
Winners may be required to provide identification and tax information for prize verification and compliance with local laws.
Taxes & Fees
All taxes, fees, and charges associated with receiving or using prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Unclaimed Prizes
Prizes unclaimed after 90 days from notification will be forfeited. Winners must respond to prize notifications within 14 days.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Report Immediately
All disputes must be reported to tournament administrators immediately after the incident occurs.
Provide Evidence
Submit screenshots, recordings, or other relevant evidence to support your dispute claim.
Administrator Review
Tournament administrators will review the evidence and make a determination based on tournament rules.
Final Decision
Administrator decisions are final and binding. Serious violations may be escalated to the GameVerse Trust & Safety team.
ACCOUNT SECURITY
ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS
- Use a strong, unique password for your GameVerse account
- Enable two-factor authentication for additional security
- Never share your password or account details with anyone
- Change your password regularly (recommended every 3 months)
PRIVACY & DATA
- We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Your data is encrypted and stored securely
- You can request access to or deletion of your personal data
- We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience
ACCOUNT PROTECTION
- Unauthorized access to another user's account is prohibited
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Keep your email address current for account recovery
- Log out when using shared or public computers
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.
FINAL PROVISIONS
MODIFICATIONS
GameVerse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GameVerse is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
